Front Porch Postal is operated by AHHHDRA LLC in Gig Harbor, Washington. This policy describes what information we collect, how it's used, who it's shared with, and how it's protected. The short version: we collect only what's needed to mail you an envelope, we never sell your information, and this website doesn't track you.
To mail your monthly envelope, process your subscription, respond to your messages, and send you service emails about your membership (receipts, renewal notices, address confirmations, and occasional club updates if you joined the email list). That's the whole list.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the club, through their secure systems:
We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We would disclose information if legally required to.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad pixels, or trackers. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies for security and fraud prevention, covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
This site is served entirely over HTTPS. Payment details are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor, and never touch our systems. Member information is accessible only to the owner, kept only as long as needed to provide the service, and stored within the providers listed above.
Email hello@frontporchpostal.com anytime to see what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Every email-list message includes a way to stop receiving them, and canceling your membership stops all mailings.
Front Porch Postal is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If this policy changes, the current version will always live at this page with an updated date.
